Job summary

The role requires at least 5 years in lighting and related industries, with a Bachelor's in Sales or Marketing. The candidate will assess technical needs, prepare proposals, and manage client relationships on a growing B2B environment.

Qualifications

• Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
• Ability to interpret Architectural and Electrical drawings.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office & familiarity with AutoCAD, DIALux, or Relux will be considered as a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary interface with Architects, Consultants, Contractors, and Developers to build strong professional relationships.
• Drive revenue growth by generating qualified leads, converting opportunities, and consistently achieving sales targets.
• Conduct technical assessments and deliver customized architectural lighting solutions and proposals based on client requirements.
• Prepare detailed quotations and cost estimates in line with project specifications and drawings.
• Provide leadership and direction to the internal sales and pre-sales teams to ensure alignment with company objectives.
• Monitor project pipelines and ensure timely engagement across all pre-sales touchpoints.
• Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to support strategic decision-making.
• Conduct site visits to strengthen brand presence and foster long-term client relationships.
