Job summary

Blue Dart Express Limited is seeking a Senior Executive – Hub Operations to manage end-to-end mid-mile operations at an Air Hub or Surface Hub. You will ensure timely shipment movement, adhere to SOPs, and coordinate with aviation and surface teams to sustain network connectivity and service reliability.

The role requires leading shift operations, optimizing resources, and maintaining safety/compliance standards to achieve productivity targets and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; degree in Logistics/Transportation will be an added advantage.
• Experience in hub/mid-mile operations in logistics preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SOPs, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations across the assigned Air Hub or Surface Hub, ensuring efficient inbound, outbound and transit shipment movement.
• Coordinate with Aviation, Surface Linehaul, Network Operations and Regional Operations teams to meet schedules.
• Monitor loading, unloading, scanning, tallying and dispatch activities for accuracy and efficiency.
• Plan manpower deployment and shift briefs to maintain productivity and safety standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance hub productivity and service quality.
