Job summary

Daraz Express is seeking a strategic and operational leader to head our Linehaul function. You will design, optimize and manage the end-to-end inter-city transportation network that connects Sort Centers and Last Miles across the country, ensuring cost-effective and reliable movement of packages between hubs.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in Logistics with at least 5 years in senior Linehaul or Freight management, experience in E-commerce/3PL, and a proven track record of leading large

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or Engineering.
• MBA or Master’s in Supply Chain is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize the national linehaul network for speed, cost and capacity.
• Lead tendering, contract negotiations, and rate finalization with 3PLs and fleet partners.
• Own P&L for the Linehaul department and drive cost-per-package reductions.
• Partner with Sort Center Heads and Last Mile teams to align flows and delivery.
