Job summary

Zameen.com in Lahore is seeking a Senior HR Executive to support end-to-end HR operations with a focus on new hire orientation, onboarding coordination, grievance resolution, and HR reporting. The role requires strong Excel skills and stakeholder coordination.

The candidate will manage onboarding processes, maintain HR trackers, MIS reports, and assist with policy compliance while ensuring confidentiality and high-quality documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field (MBA in HR preferred).
• 2–4 years of HR experience.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data tracking)
• Strong stakeholder management skills across levels
• Hands-on experience in grievance management and conflict resolution
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of discretion and confidentiality
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct new hire orientation sessions and onboarding activities
• Coordinate documentation, induction schedules and cross-department introductions
• Track onboarding completion and gather feedback for process improvements
• Act as liaison between employees, department heads, and senior management on HR matters
• Maintain HR trackers, dashboards and reports using Excel (attendance, headcount, attrition, grievances)
• Prepare MIS reports and presentations for management review
• Support HR audits and ensure data accuracy across HR records
• Assist with policy implementation and HR compliance
• Support recruitment coordination as needed
