Qualifications

• Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee master data including salary, designation, reporting lines, bank details, and records.
• Assist with onboarding and ensure documentation is completed and maintained.
• Update employee information and status in HRMS and other systems.
• Maintain organized and confidential employee files.
• Assist in processing transfers, promotions, salary revisions, and other HR changes.
