ARWEN TECH (PVT) LTD. in Karachi seeks a Senior Sales Leader with 15+ years of niche IT/ITeS/IoT experience to drive revenue growth and build a high-performance sales culture. You will engage directly with C-level executives to convert complex opportunities into long-term wins.

You will design GTM strategies, manage multi-stakeholder deals, and partner with Pre-Sales to deliver measurable growth across regional and international markets.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or Management.
• 15+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in enterprise IT/ITeS/ICT/IoT.
• Proven track record of multi-million-dollar quotas and large regional markets.
• Deep relationships with C-level executives across Telecom, Enterprise, Banking and Public Sectors.

Responsibilities

• Own and exceed annual top-line revenue targets across regional and international territories.
• Design and execute multi-year GTM strategies for niche IT, ITeS, ICT, and IoT solutions.
• Structure, negotiate, and close complex enterprise deals and MSAs.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Pre-Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
