Job summary

ARWEN TECH (PVT) LTD. is seeking a Senior Sales Leader in Lahore to drive enterprise revenue growth across regional and international markets.

You will shape go-to-market strategies for IT, ITeS, ICT, IoT, and cybersecurity, and close high-value deals with multi-stakeholder teams. You will engage with C-level executives, mentor a high-performing sales force, and ensure alignment with delivery and finance for profitable, strategic engagements.

Qualifications

Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles, RFPs, negotiations, and contract management.
Strong network with C-level buyers and partners across sectors.
Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

Lead revenue growth across regional and international territories.
Design and execute multi-year GTM strategies for IT, ITeS, ICT, IoT and cybersecurity solutions.
Close complex enterprise deals and MSAs with government and public sector entities.
Mentor and grow the sales team with KPI-driven culture.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth handoffs and delivery.
