Job summary

Arwentech in Lahore seeks a senior Sales Leader with 15+ years in IT/ITeS to drive revenue, lead GTM strategies, and represent the company at executive levels.

You will own enterprise deals, mentor a sales team, align Sales with Pre-Sales, Marketing, Finance, and ensure delivery. A strong network with C-level buyers and government sectors is essential.

This role requires a track record of closing multi-million-dollar quotas and expanding regional markets.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles, RFPs, negotiations, and contract management.
• Strong network and relationships with Clevel buyers, partners, and ecosystem players.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
• High energy, urgency, and competitive drive with a "hunter" mindset.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking with ability to translate insights into action.
• Experience in building and scaling sales teams and processes.
