Arwentech seeks a seasoned Senior Sales Leader with 15+ years in IT/ITeS/ICT to drive export and software sales. You will engage C-level executives, represent the company at top levels with customers and partners, and lead revenue growth across regions.

You will design GTM strategies for niche IT/IoT solutions, close complex deals, and mentor a high-performance sales team while ensuring smooth handoffs to delivery and customer success. Experience with public-sector contracts is essential.

Qualifications

• Education and 15+ years sales leadership in IT/ITeS/ICT/IoT or software
• Proven history of exceeding multi-million-dollar quotas and growing enterprise accounts
• Deep relationships with C-level executives across sectors
• Experience leading enterprise deals, MSAs, and complex procurements

Responsabilités

• Own and exceed revenue targets across regional and international territories.
• Design and execute multi-year GTM strategies for IT/ITeS/ICT, SOC/Cybersecurity, IoT/Industrial
• Structure, negotiate, and close complex enterprise deals and government contracts
• Mentor and scale a high-performing sales team with clear KPIs and incentives
