Job summary

LetGrow Solutions in Karachi Division is seeking a Senior Business Development Representative to own the outbound sales cycle from prospecting to booking meetings with decision-makers. You will research target markets, identify ideal customer profiles, and drive personalized outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn.

You’ll collaborate with sales leadership to refine messaging, optimize campaigns, maintain CRM accuracy, and track performance metrics.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in B2B lead generation.
• Strong inside sales and lead generation skills.
• Experience building and managing outbound pipelines.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, with B2B decision-makers.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms; LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs in a B2B environment.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
