Job summary

SoftwareBiz is seeking a results-driven Business Development professional to own the front half of our commercial pipeline. You will handle inbound leads, outbound outreach in Pakistan and GCC, qualify prospects, and nurture relationships to convert interest into signed work.

This fully remote role requires strong English and Urdu, excellent communication, and disciplined follow-up. You will shape messaging, markets, and strategies while working directly with the founder.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in BD or similar commercial role.
• Fluent in English and Urdu.
• Experience with CRM, preferably HubSpot.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound leads from ads and marketing, qualifying at first contact.
• Run outbound prospecting into target markets in Pakistan and GCC.
• Build and maintain prospect lists using LinkedIn and directories.
• Nurture warm prospects until they are ready to buy.
• Book qualified demos and prepare briefs before meetings.
• Follow up after demos, chase proposals, and move deals forward.
• Maintain accurate records and pipeline stages in HubSpot.
• Share insights on what messaging and markets work.
