Job summary

You will collaborate with sales and technical teams, create personalized sequences, and use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM to manage pipelines, tracking meetings booked and opportunities generated.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration, Marketing, CS or related field.
• 1–2 years in Business Development, LinkedIn outreach, B2B sales, lead generation, or IT services sales.

Responsibilities

• Manage LinkedIn outreach as the primary channel for generating qualified opportunities.
• Identify and connect with potential clients and decision-makers.
• Qualify prospects by understanding business challenges and project needs.
• Schedule meetings and hand over qualified opportunities to sales/tech teams.
• Create personalized outreach messages and follow-up sequences to improve engagement.
• Use LinkedIn Navigator, CRM, and outreach tools to manage pipelines.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to present solutions and value propositions.
• Track outreach performance: connection rates, response rates, meetings booked, opportunities generated.
