Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Support Executive role based in Lahore. The Sales Support Executive will assist the sales team with preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations for clients, ensuring accurate and timely documentation. The role involves coordinating with operations and logistics teams to gather shipment details, track ongoing projects, and share status updates with customers. The individual will handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries, maintain client records in the CRM or internal systems, and support follow-up activities to help convert leads into confirmed business. Daily tasks also include preparing basic sales reports, updating order and shipment information, and collaborating with team members to maintain a high level of customer service and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients, internal teams, and external partners.
• Basic sales support and customer service skills, including handling inquiries, preparing quotes, and managing follow-ups.
• Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, email) and familiarity with CRM or similar systems.
• Organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding or interest in logistics and supply chain operations, particularly shipping and carrier services.
• Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Lahore and maintain a professional, detail-oriented approach to documentation and reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience in sales support or logistics will be an advantage.
