This full-time, on-site role supports the sales group by preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations for clients, while coordinating with operations and logistics to gather shipment details and track projects.

You will handle inquiries, maintain client records in the CRM, and assist with follow-ups to convert leads into confirmed business.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and teams.
• Proficiency with office tools and CRM or similar systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, proposals and presentations for clients.
• Coordinate with operations and logistics to gather shipment details and track projects.
• Share status updates with customers and handle inquiries.
• Maintain client records in CRM/internal systems and support follow-ups.
• Prepare basic sales reports and update order/shipment information.
