Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities among companies requiring logistics, freight, transportation, or supply chain services.
• Maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients through professional meetings, correspondence, and follow-up.
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal operations teams to prepare appropriate service proposals and quotations.
• Present service capabilities, negotiate commercial terms within approved guidelines, and support the conversion of qualified leads.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, client interactions, quotations, and sales progress.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to help strengthen the company's logistics sales strategy.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to support smooth service delivery.
