We are seeking a Sales Success Specialist in Lahore to help strengthen client relationships, support business growth, and ensure a professional experience from initial inquiry through ongoing engagement.

The successful candidate will work closely with prospective and existing clients, understand project requirements, communicate estimating and design capabilities, and coordinate with internal teams to support timely and accurate responses.

• Respond to inquiries and qualify potential clients based on project scope, needs, and business fit.
• Present estimation, design, and drafting services clearly to residential and commercial prospects.
• Maintain regular follow-ups throughout the sales process and support client retention.
• Prepare proposals, track opportunities, update customer records, and report pipeline progress.
• Coordinate with estimators, designers, and project teams to ensure accurate information exchange.
• Identify client concerns, resolve routine issues, and escape complex matters appropriately.
