Revnix is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to convert qualified opportunities into long-term customers. You will manage the sales process from discovery through contract signing, selling custom software development services and our SaaS platform.

The role focuses on understanding customer needs, presenting tailored solutions, negotiating terms, and achieving revenue targets. Strong CRM experience preferred.

Formación

• 3+ years in B2B or software sales with proven quota attainment.
• Experience selling software development services or SaaS products.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously.
• Experience using CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct discovery calls with qualified prospects.
• Understand business needs and present tailored software solutions.
• Deliver product demonstrations and prepare proposals.
• Negotiate terms and close new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineer for technical discussions when needed.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline in CRM and report progress.
• Build long-term relationships with prospects and customers.
• Work with Marketing/SDR teams to improve conversion rates.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

About The Role

You will manage the sales process from discovery through contract signing, selling both custom software development services and our SaaS platform.

This role focuses on understanding customer needs, presenting tailored solutions, negotiating commercial terms, and consistently achieving revenue targets.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, software sales, SaaS, or technology solutions
• Proven experience selling software development services, SaaS products, or digital solutions
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities
• Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce
• Ability to manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously
• Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Education

Required

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Solid understanding of programming fundamentals (JavaScript, Python, or similar)
• Eagerness to learn new technologies
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• A proactive attitude and attention to detail
