Job summary

Revnix in Haripur, Pakistan, is seeking a results-driven Sales Specialist to convert qualified opportunities into long-term customers. You will manage the full sales process from discovery through contract signing, selling both custom software development services and our SaaS platform.

This role focuses on understanding customer needs, presenting tailored solutions, negotiating terms, and consistently achieving revenue targets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B software, SaaS, or technology sales.
• Proven track record selling software development services, SaaS, or digital solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
• Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Ability to manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously.
• Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery calls with qualified prospects.
• Understand business challenges and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Deliver product and service demonstrations.
• Prepare and present proposals and quotations.
• Manage negotiations and close new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Sales Engineer for technical discussions when needed.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline in the CRM.
• Build long-term relationships with prospects and customers.
• Work closely with the Marketing and SDR teams to improve conversion rates.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
