Responsibilities include:

• Engage prospective students and families to understand their learning needs and recommend suitable programs.
• Explain course features, schedules, admission steps, and related information accurately and professionally.
• Follow up with inquiries and leads through appropriate channels, maintaining timely and courteous communication.
• Support enrollment targets by managing the sales pipeline and converting qualified prospects into registrations.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, follow-ups, and enrollment outcomes.
• Coordinate with admissions and academic staff to ensure a smooth experience from initial inquiry through registration.
• Share customer feedback and market observations with the team to help improve outreach and program promotion.
