Key Responsibilities

• Schedule trial classes and ensure parents/students receive necessary details.
• Follow up proactively with leads that are not immediately converted.
• Track trial class outcomes (connected, not connected, trial completed/not completed).
• Convert trials into regular classes and support smooth onboarding.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow‑ups, and conversions in the CRM.
• Provide feedback to management on lead quality and customer concerns.

Requirements

Job Details

• Job Type: Full‑Time (On‑Site).
• Shift Timing: Night Shift (9:00 PM–6:00 AM); Day Shift (9:00 AM–5:00 PM).
