Job summary

Virtual Quran Center is seeking a Sales Executive to convert trial inquiries into regular plans. You will learn learner goals, schedule trials across UK/US time zones, explain plans, and record every interaction in the CRM.

On-site role in E-11, Islamabad, Pakistan, with 1:00 PM–10:00 PM hours; English communication is essential; bonuses offered and discussed at interview; prior CRM experience preferred.

Job description

Every learner at Virtual Quran Center starts with a free trial lesson, and no payment details are needed to begin. The Sales Executive is the person who gets that trial booked and later turns a happy family into a regular plan. Enquiries arrive from parents and adult learners in the UK, the USA, Canada and Australia, usually by WhatsApp, email or the website's trial and matching forms.

You learn the learner's age, level and goal, whether that is reading, tajweed, memorisation or Hifz, and book a trial at a time that suits their time zone. You explain plans, lesson lengths and teacher matching clearly, follow up after the trial and convert it into a regular plan. Lapsed trials are your responsibility too, and everything is recorded in the CRM.

Salary: PKR 50,000 - 60,000 per month. Negotiable according to experience and skills. Bonuses apply in this role and are explained at interview.
