Rizing Metrics in Lahore is seeking a results-driven Sales Development Representative to work onsite in Johar Town. You will handle outbound prospecting, qualify leads, and book meetings for our international sales team, earning a strong base salary plus uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (neutral accent preferred).
• 6–12 months to 1 year of sales, telesales, cold calling, or SDR experience (preferably handling international client accounts).

Responsibilities

• Outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and social outreach to international markets.

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated, target-driven, and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team onsite at our Johar Town office. In this role, you will be responsible for outbound sales prospecting, lead qualification, and booking meetings for our closing team in international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound outreach (cold calling, email campaigns, and social prospecting) to prospective clients in international markets.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on key business criteria and pain points.
• Schedule discovery calls and product demonstrations for Account Executives / Senior Sales Representatives.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline while maintaining accurate contact records in the CRM.
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets for qualified leads and booked meetings.
• Overcome objections, pitch company solutions effectively, and deliver a high-quality client experience.

Requirements & Qualifications
