Job summary

Rizing Metrics in Lahore is seeking a results-driven Sales Development Representative to work onsite in Johar Town. You will handle outbound prospecting, qualify leads, and book meetings for our international sales team, earning a strong base salary plus uncapped commissions.

This role requires excellent English, persuasive communication, and the ability to work night shifts (8:00 PM–5:00 AM). Join a fast-paced, target-driven environment with growth into closing and management roles.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (neutral accent preferred).
• 6–12 months to 1 year of sales, telesales, cold calling, or SDR experience (preferably handling international client accounts).
• Willingness and ability to work the night shift (8:00 PM to 5:00 AM) in person at our Johar Town office.

Responsibilities

• Outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and social outreach to international markets.
• Qualify inbound/outbound leads based on business criteria and pain points.
• Schedule discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives.
• Maintain a healthy CRM pipeline with accurate contact records.
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets for qualified leads and meetings.
• Overcome objections and pitch company solutions to prospects.
