Software Finder is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our growing team in Lahore. This consultative warm outreach role focuses on understanding client needs rather than hard selling, guiding prospects toward the right SaaS solutions with meaningful conversations.

You’ll engage with marketing-qualified leads via calls, emails, and SMS, document discussions in HubSpot, and collaborate with product and sales teams to refine outreach.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in SaaS, B2B, or consultative inside sales.
• Exceptional English communication skills (neutral or US accent preferred).
• Familiarity with HubSpot, Apollo, Aircall, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams.

Responsibilities

• Engage with warm leads via calls, emails, and SMS to understand business goals.
• Conduct consultative discussions to match prospects with software vendors.
• Provide clear, value-driven insights to help prospects decide.
• Document all outreach and conversations in HubSpot CRM.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve outreach strategy.
• Stay updated on SaaS trends and competitive positioning.
