Job summary

Lessonly is seeking an Operations Manager - Revenue and Solution Engineering to support our global GTM teams by delivering rapid, quality support to the global Solution Engineering, RevOps and Enablement teams. This role reports to the Senior Director of Services, with dotted-line reports to the Demo Engineering, RevOps and Revenue Enablement leaders, based in the US.

This position requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a proven track record of driving process

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years leading high performing teams (sales focus preferred)
• 3+ years working with SaaS products and technologies
• Experience with CRM/Martech and sales tech
• Strong executive leadership and decision making abilities
• Excellent written and spoken English

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee Revenue Enablement, Revenue Operations and Demo Engineering teams
• Deliver rapid, quality support to global GTM efforts
