Job summary

Motive is seeking a Solutions Operations Manager to lead the engine behind Sales Engineering, Trial Success, Business Value Services, Implementation, and Proposals. You will build and develop a team, set priorities and operating rhythm, allocate capacity, and resolve complex problems through it.

You will own two connected workflows: Insights & Analytics and Tooling & Systems, focusing on data, automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve performance and reduce manual work across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience leading business operations, Sales Operations, RevOps, analytics, or closely related function.
• Strong analytical judgment with ability to translate ambiguous questions into metrics and decisions.
• Depth with dashboards, KPI frameworks, business reviews, data quality, and performance reporting.
• Track record of improving Salesforce or comparable systems; integrations, workflows, automation, data integrity, adoption.
• Experience leading change across teams and communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience evaluating, deploying, governing, or enabling AI-powered tools and agents.

Responsibilities

• Monitor performance trends, investigate anomalies, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Own and optimize the Solutions tech stack, centered on Salesforce and connected systems; close workflow gaps and automate manual work.
• Lead end-to-end change: enablement, adoption measurement, post-launch success metrics, and governance.
• Lead AI Operations initiatives in partnership with central AI Operations; shape use cases, deploy agents, drive adoption and measure impact.
• Hire, onboard, coach, and develop your team; manage performance and succession.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives spanning multiple Solutions subteams and partners.
