Job summary

Motive is seeking a Solutions Operations leader to steer the engine behind Sales Engineering, Trial Success, and related teams. You will own insights and tooling workflows, drive data-driven decisions, and optimize the Salesforce-based tech stack while advancing AI-powered tools.

Qualifications

Experience leading business operations, Sales Operations, RevOps, analytics, or a closely related function.
Strong analytical judgment to turn a question into a metric and a decision.
Experience with dashboards, KPI frameworks, and performance reporting.
Track record of improving Salesforce or similar systems: integrations, workflows, automation, data integrity.

Responsibilities

Monitor performance trends, investigate anomalies, and translate findings into concrete recommendations.
Own and optimize the Solutions tech stack centered on Salesforce and connected systems; automate where possible.
Lead end-to-end change initiatives: enablement, adoption measurement, governance, and cost-effectiveness.
Lead Solutions AI Operations with central AI team; prioritize use cases and measure impact.
Hire, onboard, coach, and develop the team; plan for succession and leadership growth.
Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and communicate insights to leaders clearly.
