Job summary

Motive Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Manager for Solutions Operations to lead the engine behind our Solutions organization.

You will own two connected workflows: Insights & Analytics and Tooling & Systems, and you will build and develop a team, set priorities, allocate capacity, and drive faster, better‑supported decisions. You’ll partner with internal teams to optimize the tech stack centred on Salesforce, automate manual work, govern data, and deploy AI-powered tools.

Qualifications

• Experience leading business operations, Sales Operations, RevOps, analytics, systems operations, or a closely related operational function.
• Strong analytical judgment with the ability to turn ambiguous questions into trusted metrics and decisions.
• Depth with dashboards, KPI frameworks, business reviews, data quality, and performance reporting.
• Track record of improving Salesforce or similar systems, integrations, workflows and adoption.

Responsibilities

• Monitor performance trends, investigate anomalies, run deep dives, and translate findings into actionable recommendations on process, training, and strategy.
• Own and optimize the Solutions tech stack, centered on Salesforce and connected systems; close workflow gaps, automate manual work, and ensure data accessibility.
• Lead end-to-end change: enablement, adoption measurement, post-launch success metrics, governance, and cost-effectiveness of tools.
• Lead Solutions-specific AI Operations with cross-functional teams; identify use cases, deploy agents and tools, govern and measure impact.
• Hire, onboard, coach, and develop the team; manage performance and succession planning.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives and communicate findings to leaders with clear analysis.
