Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a client-facing role such as sales, renewals/retention, customer success, or account management.
• Ability to manage a high-volume renewal portfolio with meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end renewal process for an assigned portfolio.
• Cultivate strong customer relationships and resolve inquiries.
• Partner with Core Account Managers to identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Use data analytics to monitor account health and forecast accuracy.
• Provide guidance to support team initiatives and resolve non-routine issues.
• Work from the office minimum 2 days per week.
