Job summary

Zones, LLC is seeking a Licensing Advisor in Islamabad to manage licensing maintenance and renewals, while delivering exceptional white-glove service to clients. You will engage with clients, publishers, and internal teams to ensure licenses are renewed and accurately tracked.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to influence across stakeholders. This is a client-facing position with a shift timing (Pk time) and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years working with Tier 1 software publishers.
• 3 years of account management in IT software support.
• Experience with ticketing systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated world class customer service.
• Strong ability to resolve complex issues quickly.
• Microsoft licensing knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage proactive client engagement for licensing maintenance and renewals.
• Coordinate cadence client meetings with CSS and account support team.
• Schedule business reviews, status calls, etc. with stakeholders.
• Present reports and action plans for issue resolution.
• Maintain ticketing system case documentation.
• Deliver and proactively manage client install base.
• Collaborate with SAM on internal lifecycle reporting.
