Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of strategic customers and drive retention, renewals, and expansion opportunities.
• Lead commercial conversations, including upsell, cross-sell, and renewal discussions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
• Develop and execute quarterly and annual account growth plans to maximize customer value.
• Deliver executive-level QBRs and customer presentations with clear business impact.
• Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve challenges and ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Track customer health, opportunities, and pipeline activity in CRM with accurate reporting.
• Create customer success stories, case studies, and advocacy opportunities to showcase business impact.
• Identify strategic growth opportunities within existing accounts and drive long-term customer success.
