Job summary

S&P Global is seeking an experienced Renewal Manager to own end-to-end renewal processes for a portfolio of accounts and drive product adoption to secure recurring revenue.

In this global team, you will cultivate customer relationships, collaborate with Core Account Managers and Sales Specialists, and leverage data analytics to monitor account health, identify churn risks, and uncover growth opportunities. This role requires office presence at least 2 days per week.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in client-facing role such as sales, renewals, or account management.
• Ability to manage high-volume renewal portfolio with attention to detail.
• Excellent customer communication and relationship management.
• Proficiency in using data/analytics to manage account health and churn risk.
• In-person interview required at nearest S&P Global office.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end renewal process for assigned portfolio and drive product adoption.
• Cultivate customer relationships through regular engagement and issue resolution.
• Partner with Core Account Managers and Sales Specialists for cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
• Use data analytics to monitor account health and improve forecast accuracy.
• Provide guidance to team and participate in training to improve renewal skills.
