Job summary

Assetara Limited is seeking a Talent Scout to actively source, engage, and screen high-potential candidates for our AI-fintech ecosystem. This remote role emphasizes proactive outreach via LinkedIn and other channels, presenting the Assetara opportunity professionally.

You will conduct 15–20 minute first-stage interviews, manage candidate records, and escalate qualified candidates to the Regional Manager. The position offers 100% remote work and uncapped commission.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and objection-handling skills.
• Proficient with Zoom, Google Meet, and lightweight tracking sheets.
• Basic to intermediate English for reporting and team communication.
• Experience in cold sales, telemarketing, sourcing, or recruitment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Direct Sourcing & Outreach: Source potential candidates through LinkedIn, Telegram channels, professional networks, and international job boards.
• Candidate Engagement: Initiate professional outreach by message or call, present the Assetara opportunity, and respond to candidate questions.
• First-Stage Screening: Conduct structured 15–20 minute Zoom or Google Meet interviews to assess communication, motivation, leadership potential, and role fit.
• Daily Interview Activity: Conduct 2–3 first-stage candidate interviews per working day, subject to qualified candidate availability and agreed scheduling.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate candidate records in simple tracking sheets and refer qualified candidates to the Regional Manager for final-stage interviews.
• Compliance: Follow company policies, privacy requirements, and applicable recruitment practices in all candidate communications.
