Assetara Limited seeks a self-driven outbound sales specialist to join its global outreach team. This remote/in-office role targets crypto and fintech prospects with high-velocity calls, matching a performance-based compensation model.

You will source leads, conduct 50–120 dials daily depending on hours, qualify investors, and log activity in Zoho CRM. Fluent English essential; additional languages a plus. Base retainer $100 USD/month plus scalable commissions.

Qualifications

• Fluent English is mandatory for clear communication.
• Experience in outbound sales or telemarketing is preferred.
• Ability to source leads from social networks and online spaces.

Responsibilities

• Outbound sourcing of fresh lead databases from open sources.
• Conduct high-volume outbound calls (~50–120 dials daily depending on hours).
• Qualify prospects and book meetings/registrations.
• Log all interactions in Zoho CRM daily with accurate statuses.
• Send personalized registration links via WhatsApp or other messengers.
• Meet KPI targets, e.g., 300 valid conversations per month.
