Job summary

Assetara Limited is recruiting a Recruiter to support its hiring process remotely for a global team. You will source candidates, present opportunities, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers to move strong applicants forward.

You must maintain candidate records and stay aligned with approved communications while learning Assetara’s products, values, and recruitment standards. This is a full-time remote role with international scope.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to learn Assetara's materials and communicate them clearly.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through networks, boards, and referrals.
• Conduct first-stage interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Explain opportunities using approved information and maintain candidate records.
• Schedule and conduct 2–3 video interviews per day when suitable.
