Assetara Limited is seeking a Remote HR Recruiter & Video Interview Specialist for Islamabad Zone 2, Pakistan. You will source candidates, coordinate schedules, and conduct first-round video interviews for international roles, representing the company on camera.

This role requires excellent English, a background in recruiting or virtual assistance, and a home office with a good webcam, microphone, and reliable internet. You will report to top management and provide daily pipeline updates.

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken English with clear diction and professional on-camera presence.
• Prior experience in candidate sourcing, screening, virtual assistance, or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Home office setup with HD webcam, clear microphone, and stable high-speed internet.

Responsibilities

• Publish open job positions across free recruitment channels, job boards, and social media platforms.
• Review and process candidate resumes provided directly by the company.
• Coordinate interview slots via Email and WhatsApp across time zones.
• Conduct 2–3 video interviews per day (Mon–Fri, ~10–15 per week) with mandatory recording.
• Maintain daily logs, track candidate pipelines, and submit structured reports.
