Job summary

Assetara Limited seeks a Remote HR Recruiter & Video Interview Specialist to source candidates and coordinate interviews for international positions across multiple time zones. You will represent Assetara on camera, evaluate candidate potential, and report to top management.

Responsibilities include posting jobs across channels, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews via Email and WhatsApp, conducting 2–3 video interviews daily, and recording every interview for leadership review.

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken English with clear diction and professional presentation on camera.
• HR / Recruiting background with sourcing, screening, or virtual assistance experience is preferred.
• Technical setup: home office with webcam, microphone, and reliable internet.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates and post jobs across free channels, job boards, and social media.
• Review resumes provided by the company.
• Schedule interviews via Email and WhatsApp across multiple time zones.
• Conduct 2–3 video interviews per day (Mon–Fri) and record every interview for leadership review.
• Maintain daily logs, track candidate pipelines, and submit daily reports.
