You will represent Assetara on camera and conduct first-round video interviews for a range of international positions.

The role requires delivering structured daily reports, maintaining candidate pipelines, and ensuring professional communication. A stable home office and reliable internet are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken English with clear diction and professional presentation on camera.
• Prior experience in candidate sourcing, screening, virtual assistance, or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Home office setup with HD webcam, good microphone, and stable high-speed internet connection.

Responsibilities

• Publish open job positions across free recruitment channels, job boards, and social media platforms.
• Review and process candidate resumes provided directly by the company.
• Coordinate interview schedules with candidates across time zones via Email and WhatsApp.
• Conduct 2 to 3 video interviews per day (Mon–Fri; ~10–15 per week) and record every interview.
• Maintain accurate daily logs, track pipelines, and submit structured daily reports to leadership.
