Responsibilities

• Source candidates, publish job postings on free channels and social media.
• Review resumes provided by the company and manage inbound applications.
• Coordinate interview schedules via Email/WhatsApp across time zones.
• Conduct 2-3 video interviews per day and record every interview for reporting.
