Responsibilities

• Source candidates and publish open positions across channels.
• Review resumes provided by the company and manage inbound applications.
• Schedule interviews with candidates across time zones via Email and WhatsApp.
• Conduct 2–3 video interviews per day and record every interview for leadership reporting.
• Maintain daily candidate pipelines and submit structured reports.
