HR Ways in Pakistan is seeking a Recruiter to fill fast-moving, high-volume roles such as couriers, call center agents, drivers and warehouse staff. This remote position requires hands-on, organized recruiting across the country.

You will source candidates, screen CVs, coordinate interviews with managers, and keep hiring data accurate. Urdu and English are required, plus equipment for remote work.

Qualifications

• 1+ year recruitment experience including high-volume or blue-collar hiring.
• Knows local sourcing channels in Pakistan: job portals, social media groups, referrals.
• Able to run several vacancies at once and keep a fast pace.
• Confident with Google Sheets / Excel and comfortable working in a CRM or Notion.
• Clear, polite communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Urdu and working English.
• Own equipment for remote work: laptop or computer, headset, and a stable, fast internet connection.

Responsibilities

• Post vacancies on job platforms and social media; source candidates via databases and groups.
• Screen CVs and conduct phone/online interviews against vacancy requirements.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and collect feedback.
• Maintain contact with candidates at every stage through start date.
• Build and maintain a pool for recurring high-volume roles.
• Update hiring funnel and staff records daily.
• Prepare documents and onboarding with HR HQ.
• Engage recruitment agencies and job sites in Pakistan.
