Qualifications

• Hands-on credibility in Talent Acquisition & Interviewing Skills, with experience delivering learning for professional audiences.

Responsibilities

• Use practical case studies and workflows to make Talent Acquisition & Interviewing Skills content practical and applicable.
• Facilitate discussion and exercises to keep sessions commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
• Deliver structured training sessions for client teams in Islamabad, Pakistan, and across Asia.
• Maintain session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery across preparation and live facilitation.
• Coordinate with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and learner outcomes.
• Translate complex ideas into practical guidance and decision-making frameworks for workplaces.
