Qualifications

• Proficient spoken and written English for US-based teams.
• Willingness to learn ATS, phone, and scheduling tools.
• Ability to screen candidates and communicate interview steps clearly.
• Comfort with a fully remote home-based role.

Responsibilities

• Review new applications and plan candidate calls in an ATS such as Lever.
• Find and contact candidates via job boards and networks using recruiter requirements.
• Call candidates using a business phone system like Dialpad; introduce yourself clearly.
• Screen candidates by phone with approved questions on interest, availability, and role requirements.
• Explain the role and interview process using approved notes to help candidates match openings.
• Build a shortlist for the hiring team using recruiter criteria and flag unclear answers.
• Book recruiter interviews in Google Calendar; confirm details before ending calls.
• Keep candidates updated and send interview reminders; arrange new times after missed interviews.
• Update candidate stages after calls and prepare brief notes; keep records private.
