Qualifications

• Professional spoken and written English for US-based calls.
• Stable internet, computer and phone with reliable power.
• No recruiting experience required; related scheduling or support experience helpful.
• Calm, friendly phone presence and ability to explain screening questions clearly.
• Willingness to learn Lever, JustCall and Calendly through practice.
• Ability to listen, write concise notes, and confirm interview dates.

Responsibilities

• Prepare basic fit questions for screening and review candidate lists in ATS.
• Call applicants, introduce yourself and explain purpose of call.
• Ask about interest, availability, quiet workspace, and English fluency.
• Explain next steps, provide approved information, and escalate questions to the lead.
• Book and confirm interview details using Calendly and update candidate records.
• Submit clear screening notes to recruiters before interviews.
• Maintain clean lists, flag wrong numbers or duplicates, and stay professional.
• Follow screening rules and seek guidance when needed.
