CreditBook is seeking a Sales & Partnerships Specialist based in Karachi to expand our SME financing network. You’ll own partnerships with B2B businesses that serve SMEs, from prospecting to onboarding, driving revenue and impact.

You’ll collaborate with Finance, Product, Data, and Engineering to integrate CreditBook solutions, track performance metrics, and optimize go-to-market strategies in a fast-growing startup.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of B2B sales or partnership management with SMEs.
• Clear, confident communication; ability to pitch and build relationships.
• Proactive, independent work style with initiative and experimentation.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze metrics and optimize strategies.
• Understanding of financial products/financing concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire partners by researching and engaging B2B businesses that serve SMEs.
• Pitch and close deals; negotiate agreements that drive mutual growth.
• Onboard and enable partners; integrate financing solutions into ecosystems.
• Manage relationships and execute operations; own go-to-market plans.
• Drive growth by monitoring metrics and identifying scaling opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes and efficiency.
• Shape strategy by gathering insights and tracking industry trends.
