You will execute full-cycle recruitment, drive pipeline strategy, and ensure compliance across remote operations. Mastery of Boolean/X-Ray search, Zoho Recruit, and ATS platforms is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of recruitment experience in tech and non-tech sectors.
• Experience with US and Canadian markets.
• Expertise in Boolean and X-Ray search methods is required.

Responsibilities

• Advanced Sourcing & Talent Acquisition: source top passive candidates in US and Canadian sectors using Boolean and X-Ray search techniques.
• End-to-End Recruitment: manage full lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding for diverse requisitions.
• Virtual Team Leadership: lead a distributed team of recruiters, assign requisitions, track KPIs and align performance.
• Client & Candidate Management: build remote relationships with hiring managers and candidate pools for quick turnarounds.
• Database & ATS Architecture: oversee candidate databases in Zoho Recruit and other ATS platforms.
• Remote Administrative Support: handle operational and data reporting tasks to sustain business continuity.
