Devop.One, a 100% remote organization, seeks a Senior Candidate Recruiter to join from anywhere. You will partner with clients to understand hiring goals, design interview processes, and manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles.

The role emphasizes sourcing, pre-screening, candidate evaluation, and negotiation support, with a strong focus on building long-term client relationships. Join a flexible, globally distributed team that values autonomy, continuous learning, and empowerment.

Competenze

• 3+ years of proven work experience as a Recruiter
• Knowledge of market status, trends, best practices in recruiting
• Sourcing using social media and Boolean search
• Ability to conduct various interview types
• Experience evaluating candidates for multiple roles and seniorities
• Hands-on experience with ATS recruiting software and candidate databases
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong decision-making skills

Mansioni

• Partner with customers to understand hiring objectives
• Design and customize hiring stages for each role
• Develop and update job descriptions and specifications
• Source and recruit candidates using databases and social media
• Conduct pre-screening calls to evaluate applicants
• Present shortlisted candidates with detailed summaries
