Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced, results-oriented Remote Recruitment Coordinator to manage our virtual sourcing operations and lead our recruitment team. In this role, you will execute full-cycle recruitment for diverse US and Canadian requisitions while driving remote team performance and pipeline strategy.

The ideal candidate is a master sourcer skilled in Boolean search and X-Ray search techniques, highly proficient in ATS/CRM software, and capable of operating as an effective virtual team leader. You will also oversee remote administrative workflows to keep operations organized and compliant.

Key Responsibilities

• Advanced Sourcing & Talent Acquisition: Master mind Boolean search logic, X-Ray search strings (Google/Bing operators), LinkedIn Recruiter, and automated screening tools to source top passive candidates in US and Canadian tech/non-tech sectors.
• End-to-End Recruitment: Drive the full recruitment lifecycle-sourcing, screening, video interviewing, client submission, offer negotiations, and virtual onboarding.
• Virtual Team Leadership: Lead, direct, and mentor a distributed team of recruiters; assign requisitions, set performance metrics, monitor daily output, and run regular virtual team check-ins.
• Client & Candidate Management: Build and maintain strong remote relationships with client hiring managers and candidate pools to ensure quick turnaround times and high placement rates.
• Database & ATS Architecture: Oversee and maintain candidate databases using Zoho Recruit, CRMs, and ATS platforms to ensure structured talent pipelines.
• Remote Administrative Support: Handle key operational, administrative, and data reporting tasks to support business continuity.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 3 to 4 years of recruitment experience in tech and non-tech sectors, with a strong background in both Canadian and US markets.
• Advanced Sourcing: Expertise in Boolean search and X-Ray search methods is strictly required.
• Tech Stack Proficiency: Advanced hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Zoho Recruit, CRMs, ATS databases, screening platforms, and Microsoft Office.
• Licensing & Transportation: Must hold a valid G License and access to a vehicle for any occasional local administrative or client meetings.
• Leadership Capabilities: Proven experience managing or leading recruiters, tracking team KPIs, and overseeing virtual recruitment workflows.
• Remote Environment: A quiet home office setup equipped with high-speed internet and high self-management skills.
