GoLean Health seeks a polished Patient Care Communications Specialist to support a growing chiropractic clinic. You will handle high-volume calls, texts, and emails, schedule appointments in MacPractice, and maintain accurate patient records with privacy compliance.

The role requires strong English communication, experience in healthcare support, and flexibility to work Saturdays in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral accent.
• Strong written communication for SMS, email, patient messages.
• Experience as Virtual Medical Assistant or similar healthcare support role.
• Ability to handle high call volume in a fast-paced clinic.
• Own a Mac OS device and have reliable wired internet.
• Flexible to schedule and Saturdays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Answer high-volume inbound patient calls professionally and promptly.
• Respond to patient texts, voicemails, emails, and faxes timely and accurately.
• Schedule new patient appointments and collect intake information.
• Manage appointments in MacPractice including confirmations and reschedules.
• Prioritize inquiries and pursue referral opportunities.
• Follow up with inactive or lapsed patients to reactivate.
• Maintain accurate patient records and scheduling notes.
• Coordinate with in-office staff to keep schedules full.
• De-escalate scheduling, billing, and insurance questions.
• Protect patient privacy and HIPAA compliance at all times.
