Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee record maintenance.
• Manage and maintain Indeed job postings for visibility.
• Coordinate interviews, scheduling and communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Support the HR team with administrative tasks such as documents and reports.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Handle employee inquiries and provide timely assistance.
• Collaborate with HR to improve processes and engagement strategies.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
